Job summary

PepsiCo Canada invites applications for its Beverages: Supply Chain Leadership Program based in Delta. This onsite program develops future people leaders by immersing you in day-to-day operations, frontline supervision, and cross-functional projects across production and distribution.

You will track KPIs, drive improvements, and support safety, quality, and asset reliability while building people capability through training and effective communication with hourly teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Applying theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to support facility equipment reliability.
  • Executing Annual Operating Plan for Production.
  • Achieving safety, line utilization and quality performance standards.
  • Tracking KPIs/costs and identifying trends to drive financial targets.
  • Overseeing equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
  • Building people capability through training and effective employee relations for frontline hourly personnel.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Ensuring quality management programs and food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, SSOPs).

Job Title: PepsiCo Beverages: Supply Chain Leadership Program

Location; Delta

What critical experiences will you get?

You’llbe based out of one of our world class manufacturing and distribution facilities. The goal of this Leadership Program is to develop the next great People leaders of PepsiCo’! Your initial assignment will be to familiarize you with our day-to-day business operations and leading in a front-line Supply Chain organization.

This experience will include motivating a frontline team, problem solving issues, and removing barriers in order to help “win the shift”.You will also be responsible for tracking business critical KPIs to identify trends to focus on meaningful projects that advance PepsiCo’s journey to be a Faster, Stronger and Better Company.

Responsibilities
  • Applying theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, trouble shooting and preventative maintenance to support facility equipment reliability
  • Executing Annual Operating Plan for Production
  • Achieving performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality
  • Tracking key performance indicators/costs, anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets
  • Overseeing and assuring facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime
  • Building people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel
  • Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations
  • Ensuring compliance with all quality management programs and food safety systems, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
