Job summary

S.I. Systems Ltd. is seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst (PeopleSoft Security) to join its Toronto IT team in a full-time permanent role.

The candidate will specialize in security administration while contributing to development and ongoing production support within a complex PeopleSoft environment. The role requires strong knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, backend functionality, and application integrations, with a focus on security configurations, access controls, and audits.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of PeopleSoft experience in security administration, analysis, or development.
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft security, roles, permission lists, and RBAC.
• Understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, security models, and integrations.
• Experience with PeopleSoft tools and scripting languages (Python/PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft security roles and access controls.
• Manage user provisioning/de-provisioning per security policies.
• Serve as PeopleSoft Security SME for troubleshooting security issues.
• Analyze, develop, test, and support PeopleSoft security-focused apps.
• Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support patches, upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Conduct security reviews and assist audits and compliance.
