WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
At HDC, people are the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for a dynamic and versatile People & Talent Business Partner (PTBP) who shares this belief. This role goes beyond traditional HR – it’s about empowering leaders, supporting teams, and fostering a culture where everyone can thrive.
Reporting to the Director of People & Talent, the PTBP serves as a strategic advisor, talent partner, and employee advocate for their assigned client group. This role is critical in executing our people strategy, and you’ll collaborate across the organization to build a high-performance, inclusive workplace and lead key people initiatives that drive real business impact.
You’ll be part of a small, but mighty team of 3 People (HR) professionals, working together in a supportive, fast-paced environment to deliver people-first solutions and drive business success and continuous improvement.
Location : This is a hybrid role, with a future expectation of working in the office 3 days a week. However, to support onboarding and early learning, this role will initially require 5 days a week in the office, as most training and knowledge transfer occurs during this initial period. The office is located at 150 Dynamic Drive in Scarborough.
