  • CPO Support: Directly support the CPO by planning, prioritizing, and executing on critical needs and requirements for the People team.
  • Communications: Develop high-quality written and oral communications for various audiences ranging from executives to the broader employee population, including talk tracks, presentations, and messaging, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.
  • Standardization: Establish consistent project management, change management, and communication practices, including frameworks, tools, and templates.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline People Team operations, including refining the operating model, maintaining the budget, and driving process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–6 years of experience in program management, portfolio management, strategic operations, consulting, or a chief-of-staff role, ideally within a People/HR function.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for senior leaders.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to identify risks, streamline processes, and deliver impactful results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and demonstrated ability to ask the right questions when collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and executives, with the ability to influence and build alignment across all levels of the organization.
