Job summary

Rebellion is seeking a People Operations Advisor to join the People & Talent Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract at our riverside headquarters in Oxford. You will deliver high-quality HR operations, maintain HR records, support reporting, and guide managers and employees on policies and procedures.

This hands-on role requires strong organisational skills, knowledge of UK employment law, and experience with HRIS and office productivity tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Advisor/HR Operations or similar HR generalist role.
• Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience managing HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience supporting employee relations matters.
• Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace or equivalent systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding.
• Ensure employee records, contracts, HR systems and documentation are accurate, complete and maintained in a timely manner.
• Prepare and issue employment documentation including contracts, contract variations, letters and other HR correspondence.
• Manage changes to employee terms and conditions, working arrangements, promotions, transfers and other contractual changes.
• Coordinate probation reviews and ensure appropriate actions are followed through.
• Support the effective management of absence, family leave, flexible working and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure leaver processes are completed accurately and consistently, including appropriate documentation and system updates.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, processes and procedures.
