ATCO Frontec is seeking an HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support HR and Recruitment teams across employee lifecycle activities, from recruitment to onboarding and HR administration. You will handle postings, candidate screening, onboarding documentation, and HR reporting while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

• Assist with workforce planning and talent pipelines.
• Coordinate with Indigenous partners and communities as needed.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, hiring managers, and operations.
