The Role:

As the People & Culture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating an awesome company culture and employee experience. You will help develop and implement strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated seamlessly into the company culture and have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Design and implement programs to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to address them.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Identify training and development needs across the organization and design and deliver programs to address them.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that are consistent with company values and legal requirements.
  • Support with company events.
  • Support with miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.
  • Other duties as required.

A little bit about you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in human resources or a related field is preferred
  • 2-5+ years experience working in people & culture is preferred
  • Experience working in a marketing agency is a nice to have
  • Strong time management and organization skills, and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
  • Strong communication skills with an impeccable attention to detail
  • You’re a driven, high-output individual with a desire to grow
  • You have a sense of humor and love to have fun, but take your responsibilities seriously
  • You have a passion for the industrial sector
  • You enjoy the fast-paced nature within a marketing agency
  • You take pride and ownership in your work
