Job summary

Eminence Organic Skin Care in Vancouver, BC is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to advise leaders and support workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and development. You will work closely with the Director of People & Culture to drive initiatives and ensure alignment with company values in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Generalist HR role with broad scope.
• 1–2 years in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience with job evaluations and performance development.
• Knowledge of Employment Standards, Human Rights, and WorkSafe.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment management, including screening, interviewing and offers.
• Coach Hiring Managers on Eminence recruiting best practices.
• Participate in in-person interviews with Hiring Managers.
• Partner with P&C Leaders on policies, employee relations, performance management and compensation.
• Coordinate leave programs and onboarding processes for Team Members.
• Support engagement initiatives and surveys and rollout of the Team Member Opinion Survey.
