Job summary

Infinity Métis Corporation (IMC) seeks a Human Resources Advisor to provide day-to-day HR support across IMC and its subsidiaries. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will guide managers and employees on policies, programs, and compliance, and participate in recruiting during peak workloads.

This full-time role emphasizes employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, training and development, and HR systems.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR/related field required.
• 3 years of progressive HR experience required.
• Valid Alberta driver’s license with clean abstract and Criminal Record Check required.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS (BambooHR is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for leaders and employees on HR policies and workplace matters.
• Coach and consult on HR policies, programs, performance management and compliance.
• Support recruitment/onboarding activities during peak workloads.
• Administer employee benefits programs and communications.
• Support salary reviews, pay adjustments, and market benchmarking.
• Maintain confidential employee data and collaborate with payroll.
