Job summary

Walmart in Mississauga, ON is seeking a Manager of Program Management (People Analytics) to lead data-driven initiatives across People data and analytics, translating business needs into scalable solutions and actionable delivery plans.

You will establish KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver insights that optimize People Services and related processes. The role requires collaboration with technology partners and a strong background in SQL, BigQuery, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technology Management, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of People Analytics and People Data with HR datasets, metrics, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with cross-functional collaboration to align outcomes.
• Experience creating reports in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
• Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, SQL Server, and Google BigQuery.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, and digital tech to improve data solutions and efficiency.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data/analytics solutions, including design and testing.
• Knowledge of data quality, ETL, data integration, and automation across teams.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of approaches to manage and optimize People Analytics operations.
• Use advanced analytics to collect, validate, interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with business owners to translate needs into analytics requirements and delivery plans.
• Establish KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor processes and communicate findings.
• Collaborate across People, People Services and Technology to ensure data quality and scalable solutions.
• Coordinate intake-to-delivery lifecycle for analytics requests, including design, testing, and deployment.
• Support forecasting and predictive analytics to anticipate challenges and resource needs.
