TIPI-IMI Insurance Partners is searching for our next Pension and Benefits Account Executive to join our team in the Alberta region! Our Account Executives are natural problem solvers, great with people and are trusted resources for our clients. They work within a designated region to source and secure new business, while maintaining relationships, educating and assisting current clients.

Job Duties and Tasks

Business Development

  • Generate new business, working with the Producer team to develop new opportunities
  • Cultivate relationships in both Community and mainstream business
  • Collaborate with Business Development of other TIPI entities to cross sell products to existing TIPI Group clients
  • Present and educate on Benefits and Pension
  • Monitor client satisfaction to maintain business relationships

Client Service

  • Assist plan administrators, business leaders and internal client service representatives in complex questions or situations
  • Present renewals and TIPI Pension/ Benefit products
  • Provide knowledge and guidance to plan decision makers
  • Advocate for client interests

Your Skills

  • Highly knowledgeable of Indigenous Culture and Communities
  • Knowledge of Insurance Markets
  • Service Oriented & Highly Organized

Your Ideal Qualifications

  • You are a people person, and love creating value
  • You take pride in the small things that create a big impact
  • You ideally have 3 or more years working in Pension and Benefits
  • You have a Life, Accident & Sickness Insurance License from the Alberta Insurance Council
