VHA Home HealthCare in Toronto is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support pediatric clients from toddlers to adolescents. The role combines in-clinic sessions with flexible telepractice to accommodate families.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and feeding disorders, collaborate with caregivers and educators, and ensure CASLPO standards are met through accurate documentation. The position offers a hybrid work model and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active CASLPO registration in good standing.
• 1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred; new grads considered.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assess and treat speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and feeding disorders in children.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions in-person and via telepractice.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and health professionals.
• Maintain CASLPO-compliant clinical documentation.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education.
• Provide caregiver coaching and family education.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
