Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare in Ontario is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to assess clients, develop and implement in-home therapy plans, and collaborate with physicians and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care. You will maintain accurate records, participate in ongoing professional development, and educate clients and families to support communication and swallowing function.

Masters in Speech-Language Pathology and registration with the College are required; valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Masters in Speech-Language Pathology or recognized equivalent.
• Registered with the College of Audiologists or Speech-Language Pathologists.
• Experience completing in-home assessments and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based therapy plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, educators and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and family education.
