Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of a Practical Nursing Diploma Program.
• Current BLS/CPR certificate required.
• Completion of PALS within 6 months of hire.
• Breastfeeding certificate completed within 6 months of hire.

• Performs relevant initial and ongoing assessments across clinical settings.
• Ensures patient/family values guide clinical decisions and care planning.
• Documents and communicates pertinent patient information timely.
• Collaborates with interprofessional team to develop and adjust the plan of care.
• Coordinates inpatient and ambulatory care in partnership with the team.
• Provides nursing care to stable paediatric and newborn patients with safety and ethics.
• Delivers accurate patient teaching in a flexible, creative manner.
• Maintains clear documentation of care and processes orders as needed.
