Job summary

Tessellate Child and Family Therapy in Etobicoke, ON, is seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist for a contract, on-site role. You will assess sensory, motor, emotional, and social needs and develop individualized treatment plans to support children's participation at home, school and in the community.

Collaborate with families and mental health clinicians, document progress, and contribute to program development while maintaining best practices and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Experience with paediatric OT and Early Intervention.
• Ability to work with neurodiverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Assess sensory, motor, emotional, and functional needs of children.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver play-based OT.
• Collaborate with families, mental health clinicians, and partners.
• Document progress and communicate recommendations to caregivers.
• Contribute to program development and practice improvements.
