Job summary

Tessellate Child and Family Therapy in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist for a contract, on-site role in Etobicoke, ON. You will assess children's sensory, motor, emotional, and social needs and develop individualized Play-based OT interventions.

Collaborating with families and mental health colleagues, you will document progress, communicate recommendations, contribute to program development, maintain best practices, and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications

• Registered OT in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience in paediatric OT and early intervention with diverse developmental stages.
• Knowledge of sensory integration and self-regulation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assess children’s sensory, motor, emotional, social, and functional needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver play-based OT interventions.
• Collaborate with families, mental health clinicians, and community partners.
• Document progress, maintain case notes, and communicate recommendations to caregivers.
• Contribute to program development and participate in team meetings and case consultations.
