Job summary

Propel Physiotherapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative rehabilitation team across Etobicoke and Pickering locations. You will contribute to neurological and upper-extremity rehab while building your clinical autonomy within a clinician-led practice.

The role emphasizes mentorship, ongoing education, and inter-disciplinary rounds, with a flexible schedule that can evolve from part-time to full-time as caseload grows.

Qualifications

• Is in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
• Holds a University Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience in neurological rehabilitation and upper extremity rehab preferred.
• Experience in private practice or as an independent contractor is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload and respond to urgent issues with timely communication.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, and RMTs.
• Document treatment plans and progress in a timely manner.
• Engage in mentorship and continuing education opportunities.
