South Peace Elementary School is located approximately 45 minutes north of Dawson Creek in the Farmington area and is situated within a small, rural Hutterite Colony. It is a two-room school with approximately 25 students from Grades 1 to 9. The German teacher, who is from the community, starts German school at 7:40 am, with the English beginning at 8:50 am. All students take on a variety of roles within the school, such as mentoring and translating as required for the youngest newcomers.
