Richardson Wealth Limited is seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Specialist to manage multi-provincial payroll and benefits administration for about 900 employees. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.

You will oversee full-cycle payroll processing, statutory reporting, and benefits planning, while collaborating with HR, vendors, and managers in a fast-paced environment. A base salary aligns with market norms.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Experience processing multi-provincial payroll including Quebec.
• Experience handling commission-based compensation.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, deductions, remittances, and year-end reporting.
• Experience with group benefits and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-provincial payroll for 900+ employees (incl. Quebec).
• Manage full-cycle payroll processing, remittances, and deductions.
• Administer benefits and retirement programs; enrollments, changes, terminations.
• Coordinate enrollments, changes, terminations with providers and vendors.
• Prepare reconciliations and statutory reports; ensure data integrity.
