Job summary

CCM Hockey in Canada is seeking a payroll and benefits administrator to ensure accurate weekly payroll for hourly staff in Canada and monthly payroll for Taiwan via SD Worx, while maintaining data integrity in the HR system Dayforce. You will collaborate with the HR team to streamline processes, respond to employee inquiries, and support pension and benefit programs, CNESST claims, and HR dashboards.

Qualifications

• DEC in human resources/administration or equivalent with at least 2 years in payroll and benefits.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with Dayforce payroll is a strong asset.
• Bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Administer weekly payroll for hourly Canadian employees (tax, benefits, payroll records).
• Administer monthly payroll for Taiwan employees with our partner SD Worx.
• Enter payroll data and follow up with stakeholders.
• Manage employee benefits and pension enrollments and terminations.
• Handle CNESST and disability claims administration.
• Create HR dashboard reports and other required reports.
• Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries and manager support.
• Support HR processes and ensure data integrity in Dayforce.
