Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Payroll and Human Resources (HR) Administrator to join their expanding team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process full-cycle payroll accurately, including reviewing and balancing pay rates, deductions, work hours, burdens, and statutory remittances.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll records for all employees.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports and filings as required.
  • Assist in preparing payroll information, documents, and payments for current or former employees to meet internal and external stakeholder requirements.

Education:

  • Payroll Certificate (PCP designation in progress preferred)
  • Human Resources diploma/certificate considered an asset

Qualifications:

  • Able to complete a clean criminal background check
  • Ability to work on site 5-days a week (NO Hybrid)

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of full cycle payroll experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience processing full cycle US payroll
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a human resources-related role
  • Industry experience preferred

Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication for all stakeholder levels
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with sound decision-making abilities
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Base Salary: $70,000-80,000+ per year

  • Salary based on experience and qualifications
  • Full benefits package included

  • 3 weeks vacation

Work Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday

Remote Work:

  • This position is not remote and required to be on-site.
