Overview
Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Payroll and Benefits Specialist plays a key role in managing the company's payroll functions and benefits administration for both Canadian and U.S. employees. This role ensures compliance with payroll laws and regulations, manages full-cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees, and oversees group benefits and pension programs. The Payroll and Benefits Specialist will also contribute to the ongoing development of departmental policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
