JTS Mechanical is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to process bi-weekly payroll and complete all facets of payroll duties. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll systems and experience with NetSuite and / or Payworks. Participate in integration of new payroll system Payworks. Process bi-weekly payroll for salary and hourly employees (100 employees) Reconcile payroll accounts for accuracy – monthly Ensuring compliance with federal and provincial legislation and regulations.
