Magna International is seeking a Data Analyst for Payroll Implementation to analyze data, validate data from multiple sources, and support the rollout of a new payroll system. You will cleanse, transform, and model data, delivering dashboards and reports to stakeholders.
The role requires strong SQL, Excel, and BI tool skills, plus experience in data warehousing and integration concepts. Collaboration with project teams and IT is essential.
As a Data Analyst for Payroll Implementation, your primary responsibility will be to analyze and interpret data related to the implementation of a new payroll system. You will work closely with the project team to gather and validate data, perform data cleansing and transformation, and provide insights and recommendations based on your analysis.
