Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Temporary full-time Payroll Analyst to join our dynamic Talent Programs team.
The Payroll Services team is responsible for supporting Canadian Blood Services by overseeing the payroll process and partnering with internal teams to enhance the employee experience and ensure everyone is paid accurately and on time.
In this role, you will play a lead role in the governance of the end-to-end payroll process for all CBS employees in accordance with CBS’ corporate People, Culture and Performance policies and programs. You will be responsible and accountable for all the financial functions and transactions relating to and resulting from the end-to-end payroll process. You will manage and project all cash activities related to the employee remuneration and CBS payment bank account, prepare, conduct, and analyze in-depth time and pay audits on a daily and bi-weekly basis to prevent fraud or risk to CBS and/or employees, and proactively plan corrective action when anomalies and errors are identified.
