Ledcor Group is seeking a Payroll Administrator in Vancouver, BC, to support the payroll team for union and non-union payrolls across multiple cycles. This 6-month fixed-term contract requires accurate processing, reconciling payrolls, and timely remittances, with hybrid work 1–2 days per week.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of payroll experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong Excel skills. Certifications like PCP are assets, and knowledge of US payroll is a plus.
You are a Payroll Administrator, who will be responsible for assisting the payroll team with processing union and non-union payrolls in different pay cycles in a timely and accurate manner. You will be responsible for processing payroll reconciliations and journal entries on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis. This is a 6-month fixed term contract position. Compensation $48,000.00 - $66,000.00 This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
