Regent Christian Academy Society seeks a Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate, on-time payroll for salaried and hourly staff on a semi-monthly and bi-weekly cadence. This role supports financial transparency within a faith-based education context.
The candidate has 3–5 years payroll experience, ideally with Sage Intacct and Excel proficiency, and may hold PCP certification. This onsite position is a maternity leave cover for 18 months, starting January 2027, located in Sullivan.

The main responsibility is to ensure that all salaried and hourly employees are paid accurately and on time on a semi-monthly and bi-weekly basis. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
