Job Title : Product Manager

Contract : 6-months possibility of extension

Job Description :

Insight Global is seeking a product manager to join a platform team within a large retail client on a remote capacity. This Product Manager will be working on a customer-facing front-end payment system. The successful candidate will utilize their experience in the e-commerce payment field to lead the product management over this project.

As the central nervous system for the entire company, this team manages all payment systems, including multiple payment providers and service providers. The Product Manager will navigate ambiguous work and complex environments, driving the development of a new system built from scratch. They will tackle hard challenges, leveraging their extensive experience in the e-commerce payment space with SaaS payment products and international payment systems. The role requires strong familiarity with APIs and Microservices, including Kubernetes, cloud headless services, observability, and Event-driven Architecture. The Product Manager will own the product strategy, roadmap, and agile delivery, ensuring seamless integration within the retail e-commerce space. A self-starting individual with a proven track record in ambiguous environments will thrive in this dynamic role.

Must Haves :

• Product Manager experience 5+ years in the ecommerce payment space with SaaS payment products and international payment systems.
• Strong familiarity with API’s and Microservices including Kubernetes, cloud headless services, observability and Event driven Architecture.
• Strong Product Management experience with capability to own product strategy, roadmap and agile delivery
• Strong retail background within the ecommerce space
• Self starting individual with proven experience working in an ambiguous environment

Plusses :

• Previous company experience at lululemon, Aritzia, Article, Best Buy or Fabric.
