Responsibilities

• Manage and process credit counselling payments with accurate allocation
• Reconcile historical accounts and address discrepancies
• Handle batch processing, cheque disbursement and daily cash drawer
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance
