Fairstone Bank in Montreal is seeking an experienced Advisor, Client Relationship, Internal Sales, RPOS Financing to maintain and grow partnerships with small and medium merchants for point-of-sale financing solutions.

You will build strong relationships, provide timely follow-up, and support marketing and communications while ensuring profitability and alignment with Fairstone’s values. Bilingual French/English required; hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years’ experience in sales support or partnership management.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Establish, develop & maintain business partnerships and support.
• Provide timely follow up addressing inquiries/requests.
• Identify barriers to growth with existing partners.
• Present & promote strategies to secure retailer relationships.
• Support merchant communications and marketing promotions.
• Record all partner touchpoints in CRM (Salesforce).
