Job summary

Echo NDE is seeking a Phased Array Technician based in Red Deer, AB to perform PAUT on pressure vessels and piping, ensuring inspections adhere to ASME codes and producing detailed reports with accuracy. You will collaborate with field crews to deliver high-quality results across critical assets.

Requirements include CGSB PAUT certification, CGSB UT Level 2, ASME code work experience, and a minimum of 2+ years in advanced UT. Rope access is an asset.

Qualifications

• CGSB PAUT certification required.
• CGSB UT Level 2 certification.
• ASME code work experience on vessels and piping preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of advanced UT experience.
• Rope Access (IRATA) certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) on pressure vessels, piping, and related equipment
• Execute inspections in accordance with ASME codes and standards
• Interpret and evaluate inspection data with accuracy and integrity
• Maintain detailed inspection reports and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements
• Work collaboratively with field crews and project teams

CGSB MT/PT Level 2 certification
