Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Willing to work varying hours on short notice.
• Familiarity with IPC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients, supplies, waste, bio and equipment within the hospital.
• Clean patient rooms, public areas and equipment as directed.
• Transport lab specimens, blood and blood products, and patient charts as needed.
• Report concerns regarding supplies and safety to Unit Managers.
