Job summary

Recovery Alberta is seeking a casual/relief Driver II to transport patients to appointments and other facilities in Edmonton and surrounding areas. The role covers unloading and delivering mail, medical supplies, beds and equipment between AHS sites and health facilities, with vehicles ranging from mini-vans to 5-ton trucks.

As a Driver II, you will ensure safe operation of vehicles, maintain records, and comply with TDG, CPR and defensive driving requirements while working across multiple sites

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's Licence.
• Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to appointments and other facilities.
• Deliver mail, pharmaceuticals, medical supplies and equipment.
• Safely operate Recovery Alberta vehicles ranging from mini-vans to 5-ton trucks.
