FYidoctors Ottawa - McLeod St is hiring a Patient Services Specialist for a part-time role (20-29 hours/week). You will greet patients, manage check-in/out, perform pre-testing, coordinate appointments, handle billing, and assist with eyewear repairs, delivering exceptional customer service.

Our FYidoctors Ottawa - McLeod Stclinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy!

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a part-time role working 20-29 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
