FYidoctors Regina - Rochdale, FYidoctors Regina Downtown and FYidoctors Balcarres are hiring a Patient Services Specialist to join our team. You’ll greet patients, check them in/out, handle emails and calls, perform pre-testing and support eye care workflows.

The role is full-time, 30-40 hours weekly, with opportunities for bonuses and a benefits package. We value teamwork, strong communication, tech proficiency, and a patient-first approach in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively

Responsibilities

Our FYidoctors Regina - Rochdale, FYidoctors Regina Downtown and FYidoctors Balcarres clinics are looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy!

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments
• Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear
