• Education: Post-secondary education preferred but not required.

Patient Services Associate – Ottawa, ON

Key Objectives:

• Travel within assigned territory to represent the client product(s) in person or virtual (as needed by the program) to health care providers, effectively communicating the most up-to-date, approved messaging about the product’s features, benefits for the patients, clinical benefits and safety information.
• Develop territory routing plans to maximize business and increase awareness clients’ patient services/tools with a holistic approach to the clinic (total office call and networking).
• Attend and complete all required and ongoing training in due time.
• Adhere to the Innovative Medicines Canada Code of Ethical Practices and regulatory requirements under applicable law including PAAB requirements as appropriate.
• Adhere to clients and Inizio Code of Conduct

Job Holder Specification:

• Education: Post‑secondary education (college, university, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
• Highly organized Team player Dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate individual.
