Job summary

Avenue.io Inc. seeks a Patient and Family Centred Care (PFCC) Coordinator to support the rollout of a digital resource at Stollery Children’s Hospital in Alberta.

The role involves coordinating content, education, and engagement with families and clinical teams to ensure information is accessible and supportive throughout the healthcare journey. You will work with IT, leadership, communications and Family Advisory Councils in a hybrid Alberta setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, human services, or business administration or equivalent experience.
• Experience with web applications and content development/digital resource design.
• Knowledge of pediatric hospital settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Patient and Family Centred Care (PFCC) program as part of the PFCC team.
• Support delivery of PFCC to patients and families and ensure patient/family voice informs planning and care.
• Lead and support PFCC quality, safety and experience improvement initiatives and education.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across units, IT, communications and advisory councils to customize, promote, and educate the web application and related resources.
