Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre seeks a Patient Experience Transformation Consultant to champion patient- and care partner-centred care, mobilize experience strategy, and build organizational capability across RVH. You will translate insights into priority actions, coach leaders, and support teams in sustainable improvements.

Working with patients, care partners, physicians, staff and community partners, you’ll lead transformation, foster shared ownership, and enable continuous improvement

Qualifikationen

• Undergrad degree in Health Administration, Health Sciences, Business Admin, Organizational Development or related field.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and demonstrated experience may be considered.

Aufgaben

• Champion patient- and care partner-centred care across RVH and embed experience into planning and service design.
• Translate patient experience insights into priorities, actions and measures with leaders.
• Coach leaders and teams on applying patient experience principles to work.
• Promote an “experience by design” approach in service development and redesign.
• Collaborate with Patient Relations, Quality, Safety and others to inform proactive improvement strategies.
