Qualifications
Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
Three years of recent related clinical experience in the designated clinical area, including one year of supervisory experience.
Completion of post graduate coursework and/or certification applicable to the designated clinical area.
Responsibilities
Supervise nursing and nursing support staff and coordinate the work of the clinical team.
Ensure optimal patient care management and promote interprofessional collaboration.
Act as a point person for patients and families with concerns regarding care.
