Qualifications

• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Three years of recent related clinical experience in the designated clinical area, including one year of supervisory experience.
• Completion of post graduate coursework and/or certification applicable to the designated clinical area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and nursing support staff and coordinate the work of the clinical team.
• Ensure optimal patient care management and promote interprofessional collaboration.
• Act as a point person for patients and families with concerns regarding care.
