Qualifications

- Three years of recent clinical experience, including supervisory experience.
- Driver's License may be needed for business-related purposes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily operations.
- Monitor patient care quality and safety.
- Lead and participate in patient care conferences.
- Conduct safety audits and quality improvement activities.
Skills
Clinical proficiency/expertise in the designated clinical area
Ability to supervise and provide leadership
Ability to monitor staff workload and patient factors
Effective communication skills

Education
Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse
