Qualifications

• Diploma in Medical Office Administration or related field.
• Minimum typing speed of 35wpm.
• Good command of the English language with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; PHIPA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with reception duties according to guidelines.
• Schedule appointments, register procedures, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate patient flow and support physicians and other staff as needed.
• Maintain a clean reception area and follow infection control guidelines.
