• Verify patient information; obtain insurance and demographic details.
• Schedule, coordinate, and adjust patient appointments; manage no-shows.
• Answer phones; route calls and relay information to staff.
• Collect co-pays and balance daily payments.
• Enter patient information into the EMR and support access tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area.
• Collaborate with the Patient Centered Medical Home team.
