Qualifications

• Journeyman Parts Technician or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience connecting with customers and maintaining a professional image.
• Familiarity with selling processes and basic product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the parts counter by understanding their needs and locating the correct part.
• Suggest related repair items to support successful repairs.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandising displays.
• Actively promote dealership specials and merchandising campaigns.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and valued.
