Job summary

Honda Fort St John is seeking a friendly and energetic Parts/Service Advisor to join our growing team. The role requires customer-focused individuals with at least one year of parts or service experience and an interest in the car and powersports industries.

We offer on-site parking, benefits, profit sharing, and employee purchase discounts. This is a full-time on-site position with a monthly pay range of $3,500–$5,000.

Qualifications

• At least one year of parts or service experience.
• Energetic, motivated with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner.
• Take and assist customers with Retail and Wholesale parts orders.
• Assist Technicians in selecting right parts to repair vehicles.
• Replenish inventory by ordering from Honda and other suppliers.
• Call customers to advise parts have arrived and book installs.
• Assist customers with drop-off and pick-up for service appointments.
• Book service appointments.
• Write repair orders documenting customer needs and concerns.
• Attend and complete necessary training courses.
• Maintain general housekeeping in the Parts and Service Departments.
