Job summary

Brandt in Trois-Rivières is seeking a Parts Person to assist customers in locating required parts, provide pricing, and complete online orders. This full-time role supports the Construction and Forestry location with a focus on accuracy and service.

You will handle quotes, process orders, manage inventory, and collaborate with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills in person and over the phone.
• Foundation of parts and/or warehousing knowledge and skills.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating required parts and provide pricing.
• Prepare detailed quotes and efficiently process orders.
• Manage unloading, receiving, and storage of parts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Document shipping, receiving, and stock information thoroughly.
• Place inventory stock orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Locate and ship parts to customers and branches as requested.
• Support Service Department with parts pricing and availability.

Description

Brandt is currently seeking a Parts Person for our Trois-Rivières Construction and Forestry location.

This position is responsible for assisting customers in locating required parts, providing pricing, and completing online parts orders.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Respond to internal and external customer needs promptly, deliveringaccuratesolutions to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Prepare detailed quotes and efficiently process orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage the unloading, receiving, and organized storage of parts and materials tomaintainaccurateinventory.
• Document and report shipping, receiving,inventoryand stock information thoroughly.
• Manage inventory accuracy through inventory and bin adjustments.
• Place inventory stock orders to ensureoptimalstock levels.
• Locate and ship parts to customers and branches as requested.
• Provide support to the Service Department with pricing and availability of parts to complete work orders.
• Operate parts and warehousing equipment.
• Utilize computer systems to effectively support operations.
• Attend required training.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We Look For

• Possess strong customer service skills both in person and over the phone.
• Ability tolift upto 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including working shifts, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
• Possess a foundation of parts and/or warehousing knowledge and skills.
• Previousexperience in the parts industry considered an asset.
• Journeyperson Parts Certification considered an asset.
