Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd. is seeking a Parts Person at our Chicoutimi Construction and Forestry location. You will assist customers in finding parts, provide pricing information, and process online orders for internal and external customers.

We value strong customer service, accurate quoting, inventory management, and teamwork. The role includes lifting and flexible scheduling, with access to training and advancement opportunities within Brandt.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays based on needs.
• Foundation of parts and/or warehousing knowledge.
• Previous experience in the parts industry is an asset.
• Journeyperson Parts Certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs promptly with accurate solutions.
• Prepare detailed quotes and process orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage unloading, receiving, and organized storage of parts and materials to maintain inventory.
• Document and report shipping, receiving, inventory and stock information thoroughly.
• Manage inventory accuracy through stock adjustments.
• Place inventory stock orders to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Locate and ship parts to customers and branches as requested.
• Provide pricing and availability support to the Service Department.
• Operate parts and warehousing equipment.
• Utilize computer systems to support operations.
• Attend required training.
• Other duties as assigned.

Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Parts Person for our Chicoutimi Construction and Forestry location.

The Parts Person is responsible for assisting customers in locating parts they require, provide accurate pricing information for parts and completing online parts orders for internal and external customers.

What You Will Be Responsible For
