Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Parts Person at our Chicoutimi Construction and Forestry location. You will assist customers in locating parts, provide pricing, and complete online orders for internal and external customers, while supporting inventory control and shipping/documentation tasks.

The role requires strong customer service skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a foundation in parts/warehousing.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Foundation of parts and/or warehousing knowledge and skills.
• Previous experience in the parts industry is an asset.
• Journeyperson Parts Certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs promptly and provide accurate solutions.
• Prepare quotes and process orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage unloading, receiving, and storage of parts and materials to maintain inventory.
• Document and report shipping, receiving, inventory and stock information.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through adjustments and stock orders.
• Locate and ship parts to customers and branches as requested.
• Support Service Department with pricing and availability of parts.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Respond to internal and external customer needs promptly, deliveringaccuratesolutions to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Prepare detailed quotes and efficiently process orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage the unloading, receiving, and organized storage of parts and materials tomaintainaccurateinventory.
• Document and report shipping, receiving,inventoryand stock information thoroughly.
• Manage inventory accuracy through inventory and bin adjustments.
• Place inventory stock orders to ensureoptimalstock levels.
• Locate and ship parts to customers and branches as requested.
• Provide support to the Service Department with pricing and availability of parts to complete work orders.
• Operate parts and warehousing equipment.
• Utilize computer systems to effectively support operations.
• Attend required training.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Possess a foundation of parts and/or warehousing knowledge and skills.
