Job summary

No. 1 Collision Group is seeking a Parts Manager to lead parts operations, manage inquiries, and coordinate warehousing and supplier relations.

This role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and cross-functional support with the estimating and production teams to ensure seamless parts flow for ongoing collisions. The ideal candidate will have automotive parts experience, strong organization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on client

Responsibilities

• Proficient understanding of vehicle components.
• Order and address all parts inquiries.
• Understand best practices for ordering and warehousing parts.
• Build and establish relationships with parts wholesale accounts.
• Assist the estimating team and production staff with parts issues.
• Coordinate parts delivery expectations.
• Locate and assist production parts for vehicles in progress.
• Other duties as assigned.
