Peterbilt Pacific in Victoria, BC is seeking a Parts Driver to deliver and pick up parts and equipment for the dealership. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer service in daily operations.

You will operate company vehicles in all weather, perform pre-trip inspections, stock parts, and assist with warehouse duties while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of driving experience and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with good time management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently or in a team.
• Proactive, safety-conscious and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Pick and stage parts for customer orders.
• Pick up customer returns.
• Communicate and educate customer on our products.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Assist in warehouse duties, stocking shelves and keeping a clean environment.
• Operate company vehicles safely in various weather conditions and urban/rural environments, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Conduct thorough vehicle pre-trip inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance.
• Handle and transport chemicals in accordance with safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
