The Parts Counterperson is responsible for providing knowledgeable assistance about automotive parts and accessories, accurately answering customer inquiries in person or over the phone. They locate parts within inventory or through external sources such as the internet, vendors, or other dealerships, and coordinate delivery and installation.
The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in automotive parts, preferably in a dealership setting. They should possess a pleasant personality, strong customer service and organizational skills, proficient phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with ADP software and fluency in Spanish are advantageous.
